    nnounce Discovery is a cross-platform desktop application that helps network administrators and users discover and manage nnounce devices on their local network. The tool automatically detects nnounce products using network service discovery.

    Download & Install Discovery

    1. Download the tool from the nnounce Download center

    2. Click on the downloaded installation file.

      Follow the installation process and confirm the Terms and Conditions.

    3. Please allow the tool to make changes on your PC and Finish the installation.


      Allow public and private networks to access the discovery in order to see available nnounce devices in your network/s.

      Click on Show more to adjust your configuration -  private and public networks.

    Devices Mapping

    1. Open the Discovery tool on your desktop.

    2. Devices which are already connected to your network will appear in the list.

      Newly connected devices will appear green for a couple of seconds.

    TIP!

    Search for your device in the list with F3.

    Troubleshooting

    No devices visible in the discovery tool, the table in the tool is empty.

    Try to close and reopen the discovery tool.

    Network - Verify that your computer is connected to the same network and also within the same IP range as your nnounce devices.

    Device - Make sure the nnounce device/s are powered up and connected to the correct network.

    Disconnected devices are visible in the discovery tool.

    Once a nnounce device is disconnected, it takes several minutes for it to disappear from the discovery list. You can also close and reopen discovery, the disconnected device should no more be available.
