GETTING STARTED WITH NNOUNCE

nnounce devices are configured through the nnounce user interface, accessed via a web browser on an internet-connected PC.

The configuration User interface is the center piece for all your nnounce devices settings. An unified layout across nnounce devices in the UI simplifies navigation.

The currently connected device is always shown in the top left corner, with its Dashboard underneath.

This manual serves as a general guide for the nnounce family, with chapters offering an overview of the available features and insights.

Initial Device Setup

Steps to complete to set up your nnounce device:

  1. Connect the device to your network with the Interfaces tab

  2. Add or create your design  in the Design Editor tab,

  3. Configure the device streams in the Network Streams tab, 

  4. (optional) Connect the device to the nnounce Ecosystem to the Customer CX platform or any other ecosystem, 

  5. Set up other system settings as time settings or user management.

Installation information for the individual devices can be found in the respective Installation Guides.

Basic UI Navigation & Features

The left-hand menu, arranged in a logical tab structure, serves as the primary navigation for the UI.

In the upper left corner, you'll find the device name and type.

Logged in user name is displayed in the left bottom corner.

Settings icon enables to edit user settings.

Cog icon enables to opens for editing user settings.

See more on the Users tab.

Exit icon will log you out of the UI.

Use the Save changes button to be sure to confirm your changes.

The hierarchy in each tab allows for easier backward navigation. Simply click where you want to go.

Any unsaved changes will be discarded.
