    Our Simpleway Cloud solution provides the ability to show live video content on screens, making company broadcasts such as meetings, webinars, live events, etc. available for sharing.

     The Video stream widget located in the template designer supports the following types of streams:

    • RTSP stream
    • IPTV stream via m3u or m3u8 files 

    In case you want to assign Youtube live streams to your display you need to use the Web page widget in the template designer with embedded Youtube URLs. Please see tutorial Using Youtube embedded links in templates

    TUTORIAL STEPS:

    A) Create a template.

    1. Open the Templates tab.
    2. Click the New template button.

    B) Add a Video stream widget.

    1. Click the Widgets button and select the Video stream option.
    2. Place the selected element on Canvas.

    C) Edit the Video stream  element.

    1. Change the size and position of the Video stream element to suit your needs.
    2. Insert the RTSP or IPTV stream link into the Source field under the Stream attributes section.
    3. Click the Save & Publish button.
    Note: IPTV stream is supported only via m3u or m3u8 files.
