By accessing or using the Simpleway Knowledge Base at docs.simpleway.cloud (the "Knowledge Base"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Knowledge Base.
1. Purpose
The Knowledge Base gives customers, partners, and authorized users information about using, configuring, and maintaining Simpleway products, including Airport CX, Simpleway CX, Transit CX, and nnounce.
2. Ownership
All content in the Knowledge Base, including text, screenshots, diagrams, videos, data structures, configuration examples, and scripts, is the property of Simpleway Europe a.s. or its licensors. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those stated in these Terms.
3. Permitted use
You may view, download, and print content only to install, operate, or support Simpleway products that you or your organization are licensed to use.
4. Prohibited use
You may not, without prior written consent from Simpleway:
copy, republish, or distribute content outside your organization
use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or crawlers to access or collect content
use content to train, fine-tune, or prompt artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
use content to design, develop, or market a product or service that competes with Simpleway products
reverse engineer or recreate Simpleway products, interfaces, or features based on the content
5. Product configuration and installation
Simpleway products are configured individually for each customer. Features, screens, workflows, integrations, and behavior described in the Knowledge Base may differ from your installation depending on your license, configuration, product version, connected systems, and user permissions. Some features may not be available in your installation. For details on your specific setup, contact your Simpleway representative or support team.
6. No warranty
Content is provided "as is" for general information. Simpleway works to keep content accurate and current but does not guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or applicable to your installation. Simpleway is not liable for any damage resulting from use of the Knowledge Base, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
Simpleway may update the Knowledge Base and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Prague.
