Playlists let you loop multiple videos, images, and templates — advertisements, for example — on your displays. You can use a playlist in a few different ways:
For example, you could create a playlist of advertisement templates, and rotate them across your displays throughout the day.

TUTORIAL STEPS:
A) Create a new Playlist Open the Playlists tab. Click on the New playlist button.

B) Setup the initial playlist configuration Enter the Playlist name. Set the the Width and Height values to define the resolution of the playlist frame. Select the Fade transition checkbox if you want the playlist items to fade out as they transition. Click the Edit button.
Note: The resolution you set here cannot be changed later and will determine your choice of templates and media. | .JPG)

C) Add content to your new playlist
Click the Add playlist item button. Add new playlist window opens. Select the Media icon to add images or videos from the Media Library, or the Templates icon to use the templates from the Templates tab.

D) Adding TEMPLATES to the playlist
By clicking the Templates icon, a list of all available templates opens in a new Templates window. Select a template from the list by clicking on it. The selected template is added to your playlist.

Resolution validation: The resolution of the chosen templates needs to match the set aspect ratio of the playlist defined by Width and Height input fields in the initial setup. Items that mismatch the resolution cannot be selected. |
E) Adding MEDIA to the playlist By clicking the Media icon, a list of all available media opens in new Media Library window. Upload and select the media item from the list by clicking on it. The media is added to your playlist.

F) Configure playlist items If necessary, change the order of the playlist items by dragging and dropping them using the six-dot icon. (optional) Specify which playlist items to report using the Proof of play feature. Set the Duration, for which the item will be visible before moving on to the next playlist item. For videos, the duration is preset to match the length of the video. Click the Save button when your playlist is complete.
Note: Clicking the bin icon removes the item from the list.
