In this tutorial, we will create a video wall configuration that uses several separate displays, assuming you already have displays connected and configured. If you need a refresher on this topic, see tutorial: Connect and configure DISPLAYS.
Similar to display banks, video walls are composed of two or more displays and the wall layout can be designed according to the physical installation of your displays by setting up its dimensions - the number of displays horizontally and vertically. The assigned template is stretched over the whole dimension of the video wall.
Note: The configuration of the video wall always overrides the configurations of the individual displays included in that video wall. Unlike display banks, video walls do not have a content fallback function.
You can use Asset values in the video wall in the same way you would when configuring individual displays, allowing you to assign specific attributes to the displays for data-driven content rendering. You can create your own airport-specific asset values in the Asset section, such as Carriers, Gates, etc., as well as custom values in the Custom Fields tab, and then use them in the video wall configuration window as you wish.
