  2. Select the desired media from the Media library or Upload a new media from your local computer.
  3. Click the Save button.

2. Check the Global variables

A) Global variables tab
Graphical elements may be disabled in the Global variables settings. To check these settings, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Global variables tab.
  2. Click on the global variable item.
B) Edit page

  1. Check the entries on the Edit page of the selected global variable item.

3. Display shows incorrect fonts/partial images

When the SimpleVue application starts, it always downloads all the elements from the server. Sometimes it may happen that, for a number of reasons (slow network read/write permissions), elements are not downloaded properly, such as fonts. In this case removing the "storage" folder on the controller may fix the problem:

  1. First close the Watchdog, and then close the SimpleVue application on the UPRD/controller.
  2. Go to "C:\ProgramData\Simpleway\Simplevue\" and delete the "storage" folder.
  3. Restart the controller.
  4. Wait for the SimpleVue application to start and let it download the content again.
