Introduction to audio configuration

Before you can hear voice announcements across your premisses, campus, airport or public transport network, you need to connect the PA system to the audio configuration in your Simpleway CX Cloud instance.

Simpleway CX system currently supports the 

• nnounce platform and 
• QSC Q-SYS. 

Other common PA system providers will be included in the future. 

nnounce Platform is fully integrated with the Simpleway CX Cloud instance and is the Simpleway inhouse audio solution. Apart from the physical installation, the following configuration is required:

QSC Core installations

QSC Core is compatible with the Simpleway CX Cloud instance instalation. You need to install the QSC Core and configure it in QSC Designer. Then establish a secure connection with the Simpleway management bridge. After that, you can configure your cloud instance and connect it to the QSC Core.
