Note: Investigating the logs requires deeper IT knowledge. But don't worry, Simpleway is always ready to help you.

C) If there are no specific errors in the logs (e.g. cannot connect to URL)

  1. Close SimpleVue and delete "vue.config" from the folder: C:\ProgramData\Simpleway\Simplevue\configuration\
  2. Restart the controller.
  3. Make a new configuration of the SimpleVue application after the reboot by pressing F2 and filling the server address and Client id.
