Our Simpleway Cloud Air CX solution comes with several role-based User interfaces to comply with common airport processes

OpsUI - Operations User interface

Main user interface of Simpleway Cloud CX, which manages Display and Voice modules with different user roles to match your airport processes. OpsUI also administers the settings of the three role-based user interfaces: GateUI, BaggageUI, TugmanUI.

CheckinUI - Checkin User interface

The Checkin User interface is designated for airport/airline personnel to enable checkin counter opening, management and display information modification. The checkin counter is opened with the UI and flight/s are assigned to the counter or other prepared display templates can be triggered by the personnel. In addition, display visual messages can be added to the displays above the checkin counter.

GateUI - Gate User interface

User interface for airport/airline personnel to trigger boarding announcements for a specific flight at a specific gate. It also handles irregularities such as delay, gate change and flight cancellation. The gate announcements are specific because each gate needs to play announcements with specific flight information. In addition, each GateUI client has its own specific audio configuration.

BaggageUI - Baggage User interface

A user interface for triggering flight specific announcements during flight arrival to navigate passengers to the correct belt for luggage pickup. BaggageUI is configured for the entire arrival/baggage hall and allows users to play announcements for each arriving flight within 60 minutes of its estimated arrival time. BaggageUI can be configured differently to suit your requirements. By default BaggageUI displays all arriving flights in the set time window, but can be configured to display only flights with assigned belts or flights that are assigned a specific belt. In addition, the platform offers the possibility to assign belts to any flight in the list, resulting in automatic adjustments in the announcements as well.

TugmanUI - Tugman User interface

The Tugman user interface is used by airport personnel during the baggage claim process to assign the correct belt number to a flight during the airplane unloading process. This information is then shown on displays configured to use belt and arrival list templates. Flights with assigned belts then appear in BaggageUI as soon as they fit within the set BaggageUI time limits.

FlexUI - Paging User interface

The FlexUI user interface is an intuitive platform designed exclusively to run voice announcements for selected zones in selected languages. These announcements can be divided by administrators into separate categories for better structuring and navigation. Users can view the content of the announcements and adjust it to specific situations using pre-configured content parameters and variables.

We have prepared demo configurations for each UI to give you a better idea of what options and features the UIs offer. You can easily configure them with your categories and announcements by following the instructions in the UI configuration tutorials.
