Description

Once the network settings and configuration including zones are set in Q-SYS designer, paging can be triggered with the PTT button.

IMPORTANT

Which mode is used depends on Paging configuration of your micnode aux device in Q-SYS designer.

Select on your micnode aux device the zone/s to which your announcement is to be paged by clicking on the zone selection button/s. The selected button/s will light up. Note: Pressing the button on your aux device is visible also in the Q-SYS plugin as well as the paging process.
Start your announcement by pressing the Talk/Start button on the microphone side.

NOTE: Preamble can be set for micnode aux device. While preamble is playing, the status LED on the micnode aux device is blinking.

Control LED Paging Status

Ready to page	LED is ON At least one zone button is selected and zones are available
Busy	LED is OFF At least one zone button is selected and one zone at least is occupied
No zone selected	LED is OFF No zone button is selected
Talk - READY	LED is slowly blinking PTT button is pressed and paging is in progress
Interrupted call	LED blinking fast Call override by higher priority
Waiting for call to start	LED blinking fast At least one zone button is selected and at least one zone is occupied by same or higher priority
