Once the network settings and configuration in Q-Sys are completed, the areas where a message can be played are available for selection and message playing can be triggered.

A) Select zone


To start a live call, first select the area where the message should be played.





B) Talk/Start button
  1. Press the Talk/Start button on the microphone side or the Talk/Start button for gooseneck microphones on the paging station. 
  2. Before speaking into the microphone, wait until the area is free and the information message ‘Live Talk now’ appears.
  3. Hold the Talk/Start button the whole time you’re talking. 


C) Call completed

When your message is complete, release the Talk/Start button and the information message ‘Completed Call finished’ appears on the paging station.
