WELCOME to the Simpleway ENTERPRISE CX system!
To start a new platform might be overwheliming. So we have prepared this guide which will walk you through the Simpleway digital signage and public address platform.
The first part is all around displays - digital signage, how to connect and pair your displays and how to manage your display device controler DDC. You will learn how to design content, from very simple single-purpose design with schedules and playlists to dynamic data-driven multi-page designs, managing your data inputs etc.
In the second part we will introduce you the Simpleway voice paging, how to create, schedule and page announcements. In the audio configuration section we will go through step-by-step how to connect your audio devices. Separate tutorials will show you how to play ad hoc announcements - call forward, text-to speech announcements and how to schedule announcements ahead.
At the beginning of each tutorial, you will find a list of topics that will be covered.
