Create Flight EXCLUSIONS

Article summary

The Flight exclusions tab allows you to create a list of airlines or their specific flights, for example private and cargo flights, which will then become hidden in the system and not shown on displays. It is possible to exclude either: 

  • all flights of specified carriers (based on IATA code) or 
  • only specific carrier flights (based on flight code). 
Note

TUTORIAL STEPS:

A) Flight exclusions tab

  1. Open the Flight exclusions tab.
  2. Click the New button. A new item sub-window is opens.
Option 1 - All flights excluded per carrier

If flight numbers are not inserted, all flights of the specified carrier will be excluded. 


  1. Enter the Carrier code.
  2. Click the Save button.


Option 2 - Specific flights excluded per carrier

If flight numbers are inserted, they will be excluded for the specified carrier. 


  1. Enter the Carrier code.
  2. Create a list of flight numbers without an IATA code by entering values and adding them to the list using the check mark button.
  3. Click the Save button.
E) Overview of exclusions
On the main page, in the EXCLUDED FLIGHTS column you can see for which carrier code all flights are excluded and for which carrier code only flights with certain numbers are excluded. 

Note: If there are already flights to be excluded in the flight editor, they will be removed after the data update.
