Ad hoc announcements - Visual only

The Visual only page offers only the visual messages that are transmitted to displays in the selected zones. You will be able to enter the visual paging content and set for how long it should be shown on displays. This means that you must select zones that include display configurations and templates with a visual paging component must be already assigned to these displays, as described in the Visual paging tutorial. 

TUTORIAL STEPS:

A) To create your text: Open the Ad hoc announcements tab and switch to the Visual only page. Enter the visual paging content. Select the language of the visual paging content.  Set how long the visual content should be shown on displays.
C) Push the announcement for playing:  Select zones with display configurations by ticking the respective checkboxes where you want your visual paging content to be transmitted. Click the Play button.
