# Release 2.1 - October 2026

Overview of features deriving from the firmware upgrade from version 2.0 to version 2.1.

> 1. Enhanced device security and network firewall
> 2. RX unicast streams now require only port configuration (IP address no longer necessary)
> 3. Added “Copy visible logs” button to log terminal
> 4. Improved IPv6 networking and streaming support
> 5. Audio streaming stability improvements

**micnode2h & micnode2g:**

- Factory reset trigger changed from AUX port to PTT button
- Factory reset menu is accessible only after power cable is physically reconnected

**micnode mini3:**

- Fixed hardware factory reset requiring manual reboot

**micnode mini6:**

- Fixed hardware factory reset requiring manual reboot

**ionode4:**

- Fixed cracking noise while deploying design
- Fixed IPv6 addresses retained after switching VLANs

**ampnode4:**

- Fixed power logging not working properly
- Fixed cracking noise while deploying design
